Soursop
Soursop is a heart-shaped green-colored fruit covered with ridges on the outside and has a soft juicy flesh inside. It is rich in Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Carbohydrates, Vitamin C and Phosphorus. It Improves immunity and promotes good sleep, and reduces stress. It is beneficial in helping to fight and prevent cancer.

The flesh of soursop fruits is whitish and aromatic and is dark green in colour. The fruits are called Soursop because the ripe fruits have an acidic flavour. The white pulp is high in fibre and has an indigestible black seed core. Wrap in a perforated bag and store in the refrigerator. Fruit nectar, smoothies, and fruit juice drinks, as well as candies, sorbets, and ice cream flavourings, are all made with the pulp.
